The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who has a proven track record of shipping thoughtful workflows and experiences curated through rapid user research (qualitative, quantitative, ethnographic) and is able to build trust amongst the team, lead with a vision, drive quality, foster a collaborative environment, and iterate quickly on taking ideas to reality.
If you love what you do and want to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that will challenge you to do your best, then we’d love to meet you! Your contributions will have a direct impact on the growth of the department and the company and you can bring your passion for great products to the table everyday.
How You’ll Contribute
Design thoughtful user experiences that make the complexities of broker and brokerage operations easy to navigate and understand
Help bring new products to market and shape the commercial real estate industry
Leverage AI-native design and prototyping tools (e.g., Cursor, Figma Make, Claude, Lovable) to go from concept to working prototype in hours rather than weeks — using your design expertise to direct AI and multiply your output, not replace your craft.
Design and ship agentic AI experiences across our products, defining the patterns brokers will use to work alongside intelligent systems
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Stakeholders, and Customers to craft the ultimate experience — defining product vision and strategy together, and conducting self-managed UX research to discover or validate the impact of what you're building
Be the voice-of-the-customer within your product focus, and clearly communicate your design decisions to stakeholder to help build user empathy throughout the organization
Craft useful and usable experiences through diagrams, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that allow stakeholders to see the user journey through new product features & solutions, then handoff to our software developers and validate that the implementation matches your vision
Help us build and maintain relevant personas for your product(s) and leverage research to review them periodically
Build confidence for your design vision based on an understanding of the personas and intended outcomes
Participate in weekly UX meetings to share ideas and exchange feedback
Mentor a small team of UX and Product Designers — including how they can integrate AI into their own design practice
Take the work, but not yourself, seriously
What Makes a Great Candidate
5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI as a user experience designer or product designer with a strong portfolio of design projects including detailed descriptions of your design process
A demonstrated track record of using AI-native tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, Figma Make, Lovable, or similar) to prototype, explore, and validate ideas at 5x the speed of traditional workflows — and examples in your portfolio where this changed the outcome
Have experience designing and shipping agentic AI experiences that solve real customer problems — bringing a point of view on how brokers should interact with intelligent systems, where to surface automation, and how to build trust in AI-driven workflows
Experience with a SaaS product portfolio and new product introduction
Strong knowledge of web technologies, platforms, and frameworks (and their constraints) and are passionate about creating complex systems and keeping them well maintained
Comfortable leading and assisting in user research activities, design sprints, and workshops
Fluent in Figma and comfortable moving fluidly between sketching ideas on paper, whiteboarding with your team, and crafting them into working prototypes with tools like Claude, Cursor, and Figma Make — you care more about the quality of the thinking than the tool that produced it, and you know UX/UI standards, protocols, and methodologies well enough to take incomplete requirements and produce consistent, usable experiences across responsive web and mobile
Genuinely enjoys talking to customers — you pick up the phone, join the sales call, sit in on the support ticket review, and treat every conversation as a chance to sharpen your design instincts. Deeply collaborative by default: you'd rather co-create with PMs, engineers, and customers than disappear and return with a finished mockup
Comfortable embracing uncertainty and challenging the team with new ideas
Experience working in a startup is a plus, but not required
Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus, but not required
When applying, please share a link to a portfolio that showcases your recent work!
We know there are great candidates who won’t check all of these boxes, and we also know you might bring important skills that we haven’t considered. If that’s you, don’t hesitate to apply and tell us about yourself.
