🗂️ Role: Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

📍 Location: Fully Remote – APAC time zones preferred

Collaboration Window: Must be available 3PM–12AM PST

💡 The Role

We’re looking for a social-native editor who turns ideas into thumb-stopping videos that convert. This role moves fast, involves constant testing, and sharpens creative instincts through real-time performance data. You’ll work inside U.S.-based pods, collaborating in real time within a high-accountability, performance-first environment.


🎬 What You’ll Do

🎥 Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts

⭐ Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs

🤝 Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly

👑 Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback

⚖️ Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality


🧬 Who You Are

📊 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred)

🏆 Expertise in Premiere Pro (pacing, structure, audio, storytelling)

👀 Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography)

🪪 Must have personal, licensed access to Adobe Creative Cloud

📈 Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts

🗣️ Comfortable working in English with async, global teams
