Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingLeading the development and evolution of documentation, design systems, and brand guidelinesShaping high-quality visual assets and motion design that bring the brand to life across channelsPartnering closely with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to define creative solutions that support business and project goalsDirecting the creation of design references, mood boards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to clearly communicate concepts and creative intentOwning projects end to end, from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment at every stageManaging multiple priorities and deadlines across parallel workstreams while maintaining a high standard of executionWhat you'll need6+ years of experience as a graphic or brand designer, ideally in fast-moving, brand-led environmentsA track record of building and evolving brand systems across campaigns, products, or businessesA standout portfolio showing strategic thinking, creativity, and polished execution across visual design, motion, editorial, digital, and social formatsExpertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and prototyping tools, such as FigmaExperience leading design projects independently, with the ability to mentor and coordinate other designers, motion specialists, or 3D artists as neededGreat judgement and the confidence to influence stakeholders and guide creative directionExcellent communication skillsCompensation rangeKrakow: PLN21,100 - PLN23,500 gross monthly*Poland: PLN21,100 - PLN23,500 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
