Global Community Manager

As Global Community Manager, you lead community strategy and operations across all of Crytek's titles, reporting to the Head of Communication & PR.  You own how we show up for players day to day: the programs, the channels, the moderation standards and the tone. You lead the community management team and ensure the community’s voice reaches the teams and decision-makers who can act on it.  What You'll Do Own global community strategy across the portfolio  Lead and develop the community management team across titles  Set moderation standards, escalation paths and channel operating practice  Own community programs and the community content calendar  Ensure player sentiment and issues reach product, development and leadership clearly  Partner with Creator Partnerships, PR and Marketing on integrated activity  Report on community health with evidence, not anecdote  What You Bring 6+ years in community management, including team leadership  Experience with demanding, long-standing player communities  Strong moderation and crisis-handling judgement  Multi-title or multi-channel operating experience  Ability to represent the community credibly to development teams  Excellent written communication in English  Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt am Main, Germany  What you can expect from us Career Path  Your professional development is important to us, so we have laid out a career plan to help you progress towards your goals and objectives.  Relocation Support  We offer a relocation budget and full coverage of flights to Frankfurt for you and your family.  You can expect extensive assistance with visa, work permits, and communication with authorities during the relocation process, as well as help settling into Germany (e.g. setting up appointments with banks, government agencies, schools, landlords, finding apartments etc.).
