The posting, in its own words

ELEKS is looking for a Digital Product Delivery Service Lead in Poland, Croatia, Ukraine

ABOUT ROLE

Digital Product Delivery is one of ELEKS’ flagship services, taking clients from initial concept to market-ready products. As Service Owner, you will own and evolve the service itself rather than the teams delivering it. The role combines strategic and commercial ownership of the service: defining and evolving the offering, shaping its commercial models, strengthening its market positioning, and taking accountability for its overall performance in the market.

AI is significantly increasing engineering productivity, creating both new opportunities and challenges for traditional time-and-materials pricing models. A key focus of this role is to evolve the service’s commercial model so that productivity gains translate into stronger margins and sustainable business value, while driving the adoption of the new approach across the engineering organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience creating and launching a service offering or commercial model from the ground up, with demonstrable impact on signed deals
  • Experience building both the commercial/pricing and go-to-market sides of a service offering
  • Strong commercial expertise across Fixed Price, T&M, capped T&M, SLA-based, risk-share, subscription, and outcome-based models
  • Proven track record of driving adoption of new delivery or commercial models across engineering organizations
  • Experience defining offering scope, standard team compositions, deliverables, and delivery models
  • Strong understanding of pricing, margins, risk-sharing, and commercial contract structures
  • Experience supporting pre-sales and reviewing solution structures for service-based proposals
  • Background in IT services or consulting, preferably within organizations of 1,000–10,000 headcount
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business purposes
  • Fluent English and confidence communicating with client executives

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the architecture of service offerings, including scope boundaries, standard team compositions, and deliverables
  • Define commercial and pricing models and determine where Fixed Price, T&M, SLA-based, subscription, and risk-share approaches should apply
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy, including value proposition, differentiators, pitch narrative, case studies, and sales enablement
  • Review and approve solution structures for service-based proposals during pre-sales
  • Develop delivery playbooks, estimation templates, onboarding approaches, and quality standards
  • Drive adoption of the offering across engineering and delivery organizations
  • Track and improve offering performance through win rate, margin by commercial model, adoption, and asset reuse
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Delivery leadership to continuously evolve and scale the offering
