Product Manager Enterprise IntegrationsDescription -Role SummaryWe are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the evolution of HP’s Enterprise Integration strategy—from fragmented, point-to-point integrations to a scalable, productized API ecosystem.This role will define and drive a shift toward API-as-a-product, enabling reusable business capabilities, accelerating developer productivity, and laying the foundation for an AI-first, composable enterprise.You will play a pivotal role in transforming our integration landscape into a unified Integration Fabric, and ultimately an Intelligence Fabric that powers next-generation digital and AI-driven experiences.What You’ll OwnAPI Productization StrategyTransform APIs from point solutions into reusable, discoverable product offeringsDefine capability-based packaging aligned to business domains (B2C, B2B, Partner ecosystems)Drive standardization across design, classification, and maturity frameworksEnterprise Integration FabricDefine integration patterns that unify platform, SaaS, and custom-built APIsEstablish a holistic, cross-application view of enterprise APIsReduce point-to-point integrations through reusable architecture patterns and servicesData + API ConvergencePartner with Data teams to define and expose data products via APIsEnable consistent access to enterprise data through standardized interfacesAlign API strategy with enterprise data governance and catalogingAI-First APIs & Developer ExperienceDefine APIs optimized for AI agents, automation, and developer productivityBuild APIs that are discoverable, composable, and machine-consumableEnable next-gen use cases including agent orchestration and AI-driven workflowsGovernance, Standards & CatalogDefine and enforce API governance (design standards, lifecycle, quality gates)Drive adoption of a centralized API catalog with metadata, classification, and maturity scoringEstablish KPIs around reuse, adoption, and lead time reductionPlatform & Partner AlignmentPartner with platform teams (SAP, ServiceNow, Adobe, Data Platform, etc.) to define integration strategiesIdentify common patterns and shared capabilities across platformsRationalize vendor, platform, and custom APIs into a unified modelWhat You’ll DeliverEnterprise-wide API product strategy and roadmapRoadmap for maturing APIs and AI-readiness frameworksScalable integration patterns and reference architecturesCentralized API catalog with measurable adoption and reuseClear transition plan from integration fabric → intelligence fabricWhy This Role MattersToday, our API landscape is fragmented, with heavy use of point-to-point integrations and limited standardization. This role will redefine how HP builds and consumes integration capabilities, unlocking:Faster time-to-market through reuseSimplified developer and partner experienceScalable foundations for AI and automationA shift to a composable, product-driven digital ecosystemQualifications & Education10+ years in product management, with deep experience in APIs, integration platforms, or data platformsProven track record of building platform products at enterprise scaleStrong understanding of:API design, governance, and lifecycle managementIntegration patterns (event-driven, REST, GraphQL, streaming, etc.)SaaS/platform ecosystems and enterprise architecturesExperience translating fragmented landscapes into scalable, reusable productsAbility to influence across engineering, architecture, and business stakeholdersPay & BenefitsThe pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additionalopportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to UnitedStates of America candidates only).
