We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner – Tax & Pricing to is responsible for defining and driving the global tax, pricing, and billing strategy across Razer Gold’s payment ecosystem. This role bridges business, tax, finance, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure tax accuracy, competitive pricing, and regulatory compliance in all supported markets. The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with a deep understanding of global digital payments, monetization models, and regulatory considerations in a fast-moving fintech environment.You will play a critical role in delivering secure, compliant, and scalable payment experiences while optimizing revenue and operational efficiency across the Razer Gold platform.You should be: A great communicator – You are able to articulate your thoughts and complex situations in an easily understandable manner and has a good grasp of what content your audience is looking for. A problem solver with sense of urgency – You ask the right questions to understand a problem well and you are persistent to get things out of your way as quick as possible to get a problem resolved. A team player – You do not work in silo; you have to ability to see how your work affects the rest of your teammates and keep a lookout for them. A growth mindset and great curiosity – You are curious by nature to understand things in depth and find yourself always hungry to learn new things. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and OwnershipOwn the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and delivery for digital payments, wallet capabilities, pricing, and related financial components within the Razer Gold platformDrive the design and implementation of global digital payment and monetization features from concept to launchDefine product priorities aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and market needsContinuously identify opportunities to enhance platform scalability, efficiency, and user experienceCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with tax, finance, legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure product compliance across multiple jurisdictionsWork with engineering teams to translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutionsCollaborate with regional teams to support localization requirements and market-specific payment capabilitiesAct as the key product liaison between technical and business stakeholdersProduct Delivery and ExecutionLead demand research, requirement analysis, and product planning for global digital wallet and payment initiativesMaintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with development teamsDefine user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to support efficient product deliveryOversee implementation of product features, ensuring delivery quality, performance, and compliance standardsData, Pricing, and Performance ManagementPartner with data analytics teams to monitor key performance indicators such as:Revenue performancePricing effectivenessTransaction success ratesTax and fee accuracyUse data insights to drive product decisions and continuous optimizationSupport pricing and monetization strategy development across marketsContinuous ImprovementCollect and analyse feedback from internal stakeholders, partners, and usersIdentify improvement opportunities and drive iterative product enhancementsEnsure product solutions remain aligned with evolving regulatory, operational, and market requirements Pre-Requisites :RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fintech, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably in the payments, digital wallet, fintech, or taxation & financial platformProven experience delivering products in a global fintech or digital commerce environmentDemonstrated experience launching products from concept to production (0→1 implementation)Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, or BI platforms)Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Entrepreneurial or startup experience is a plusRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
