Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.The Role:The Senior Project Manager is overseeing the entire New Product Development process, including engineering design and explore coordination, product development and mass production. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining strict adherence to quality standard and cost. This position required cooperation with the Global Product Manager, BG Project Leader, and Engineering team to develop and launch products in manufacturing sites.Your Contribution:- Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.- Effectively leads a global, cross-functional technical team and factory members ensuring product launch deliverables, schedule, cost & quality meet the commit project objectives.- Coordinate manufacturing innovation and engineering team to resolve technical bottlenecks, optimize BOM cost, and ensure smooth transition from prototype, pilot build to volume production.- Plan, schedule, prioritize and drive product design & development activities ensuring project activities will be well managed.- Communicate project progress and updates to senior management and stakeholders.Your Qualifications and Skills:- Fluent in both verbal and written English- Minimum 10+ years project management experience in consumer electronics/ digital & mobile devices or accessories, and works with cross functional team, managing new product development in a global environment- Good knowledge of Project Management Standard & Methodology from project concepts stage to development & commercialization.- Excellent communication skills at all levels, establishing the effective co-working team with key global stakeholders, functional leaders and team members.- Clear understanding of work breakdown structures, developing and managing project schedules.- Excellent time management, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills. Strong problem solving skills, strong sense of responsibility and urgent- Ability to use tools (MS project, WBS, R&R, Risk analysis, critical path, etc).- Strong business sense, understands internal customer needs, support  BG to achieve business target#LI-LZ1/51SZ/LPAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
