Technical Marketing Engineer (TME)Description -Product Quality LeadershipDrive product quality, reliability, and customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.Serve as the customer advocate by translating customer feedback and field insights into actionable improvements.Monitor and analyse warranty, telemetry, call rate, and customer experience data to identify quality trends and opportunities.Issue Management & Escalation LeadershipLead investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical product quality issues and customer escalations.Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Product Management, Customer Support, and Operations teams to implement effective corrective actions and preventive measures.Data Analytics & InsightsUtilise telemetry, warranty, NPS, call, and quality data to identify emerging risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.Develop data-driven recommendations to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.Communicate product quality performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
