About the Role
We are looking for a Game Community Operations Executive to expand and manage our overseas gaming community channels. You will identify and partner with community owners and core player organisers across major platforms, design collaboration models that drive user growth, GMV and ROI, and build a scalable community resource base.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and operate overseas game communities and community channels; continuously source new partnership resources to drive user growth, GMV and ROI.
- Identify and build relationships with community owners, admins, and core player organisers across Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, Telegram, and game forums.
- Design and execute partnership models — including CPS deals, exclusive offers, community events, and bot integrations — to secure long-term, stable output from partners.
- Plan community growth campaigns around new game launches, version updates, and trending game topics; track traffic, payment, and conversion performance.
- Build and maintain a community resource library and partnership SOPs; explore AI and bot tools to improve outreach and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Strong cold outreach, business communication, and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build partnerships from scratch.
- Good understanding of overseas gaming community ecosystems (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Facebook Groups, game forums).
- Able to use English as a working language.
Good to Have
- Experience in overseas community operations, partnerships, affiliate marketing, KOL/KOC engagement, or game operations.
- Existing community or partnership resources in European or North American markets.
- Avid gamer with strong familiarity with overseas player culture.
