About the role:
This is an opportunity to join BRANDTECH+'s new in-house studio embedded with our client, as a QC Creative ensuring tier 2 and tier 3 marketing assets meet quality standards.
Lead quality assurance for marketing communications that serve sophisticated audiences across subscriber and advertising campaigns. Working offshore with global production coordination, you'll establish quality control processes that maintain editorial credibility while enabling efficient creative production at scale. Your expertise in both creative standards and production workflows will ensure consistent delivery of premium marketing assets.
You'll be the quality guardian behind marketing assets that maintain editorial integrity and brand excellence across all creative production. Working at the intersection of creative evaluation and production efficiency, you'll develop quality assurance frameworks that ensure marketing communications meet the sophisticated expectations of business professionals and investors. We're looking for someone who can balance rigorous quality standards with production speed, creating QC processes that scale with growing studio demands. Success means establishing reliable quality control that maintains brand credibility while enabling efficient creative delivery.
What You'll be Doing:
- Lead quality assurance for tier 2 and tier 3 creative assets across email, social, display, print, and digital channels
- Develop QC frameworks that evaluate marketing communications against editorial standards and brand guidelines
- Leverage and develop AI-enabled QC tools to scale QC capabilities and reduce errors and rounds of feedback
- Review and approve creative deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client standards
- Create quality control checklists and approval processes that maintain standards while enabling efficient production
- Coordinate with global production teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and implemented
- Identify quality issues and work with creative teams to resolve problems while maintaining delivery schedules
- Build quality metrics and reporting systems that track production standards and identify improvement opportunities
- Train production team members on quality standards and best practices for maintaining editorial credibility
- Ensure all marketing communications meet accessibility standards and technical requirements for different channels
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in creative quality assurance with proven expertise in editorial standards and brand compliance
- QC expertise that evaluates marketing communications against both creative excellence and editorial credibility requirements
- Proven ability to establish quality control processes that scale with production demands while maintaining standards
- Experience working with financial media, premium brands, or sophisticated business audiences
- Leadership skills that guide production teams in maintaining quality while meeting delivery deadlines
- A talent for identifying quality issues quickly and providing clear guidance for resolution
- The ability to work effectively across global teams while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Understanding of accessibility requirements, technical specifications, and multi-channel production needs
- 6+ years of creative quality assurance experience with proven success in marketing communications or publishing.
