RESPONSIBILITIES You will:Lead end-to-end system solution design and delivery, collaborating across cross-functional teams to meet customer and business requirementsEvaluate customer requests, identify technical challenges, and develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for system performance and reliabilityDesign, develop, and implement testing, troubleshooting, validation, and diagnostic automation processes, including scripts, configurations, specifications, and proceduresPartner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, review designs, implement customizations, and ensure successful product deliveryProvide technical leadership through documentation, reporting, mentoring system engineers, and supporting sustaining and factory teams in delivering high-quality products QUALIFICATIONS Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
