We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer with 5–8 years of experience to develop, customise, integrate, and enhance CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role will focus on delivering robust CRM functionality, automation, integrations, and data migration solutions aligned with business requirements.
The position is based on a remote working model but the candidate must be willing to relocate to UAE, if required.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer with 5–8 years of experience to develop, customise, integrate, and enhance CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role will focus on delivering robust CRM functionality, automation, integrations, and data migration solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
- Design and develop plug-ins, custom business logic, workflows, and CRM components.
- Build business process automation using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
- Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and external/enterprise systems.
- Perform data migration, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM customisations, integrations, and automation.
- Follow development standards and best practices to ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical leads, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Prepare technical documentation and support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customisation and development.
- Experience developing plug-ins, workflows, and custom CRM components.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Proven experience with CRM integrations and data migration.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 APIs, data models, security, and solution management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
