You will work with Engineering, Product Development, GOE, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Customer teams to drive manufacturing innovation, operational excellence, and successful product launches across all phases of the product lifecycle. You will: Lead NPI strategy and execution for AI Rack products from concept through sustained production, establishing manufacturing readiness plans, qualification strategies, and deployment roadmapsDrive deployment of complex AI Rack systems — including compute, networking, storage, and liquid cooling technologies — ensuring processes are capable, scalable, and aligned with future AI product roadmapsProvide expert guidance on advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled operational improvements while developing technical standards and best practicesPartner cross-functionally and coordinate executive-level communications on program status, deployment risks, and mitigation plans to drive decisions and execution across global organizationsChampion AI-driven solutions and data-driven decision making to improve NPI deployment quality, efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer experience Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
