Required: Experience managing the retail-credit risk cycle (credit cards, unsecured personal loans, etc.); quantitative/analytical bachelor’s degree from a top university in engineering, statistics, physics, maths, economics or management; credit-policy governance knowledge to work with second/third lines of defence; excellent results exceeding requirements; forward planning across multiple objectives and proactive issue resolution; retail credit and behavioural scoring-model knowledge; clear explanation of complex concepts; pragmatic speed-to-market problem solving balanced with business needs. Preferred: Master’s degree; excellent SQL, R, Python and/or other data-analysis tools; willingness to learn new technology.
