Job Description

ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Senior Experience Designer in Croatia, Poland or Ukraine.
 
ABOUT PROJECT 
Our client is an international, specialized provider of engineering software solutions in the aviation industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience with Figma
  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and modern UI design practices
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience collaborating closely with development teams
  • Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Experience design across complex digital products
  • Conduct UX research and apply insights to design decisions
  • Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma
  • Work with data-heavy interfaces (e.g., AG Grid)
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate junior designers
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Aviation and aerospace skills as a nice to have
