This role assists in managing key activities linked to product validation, working closely with senior quality leadership and cross-functional teams. Your Contribution:In this role you will:Support Product Quality activities covering Validation (HW testing, SW/FW testing, consumer Trial), Lessons Learnt, and Quality KPIsAssist in maintaining feedback loops and Health Metrics before and after product launchHelp track and manage worldwide product test validation activitiesCoordinate communication between project managers, functional managers and the validation teamSupport communication with internal and external partnersLeverage AI-powered tools to enhance data analysis, defect pattern recognition, and predictive quality insightsSupport the Design Quality Assurance function throughout product development and sustaining engineering activitiesOwn Early Warning process while driving rive root cause analysis with stakeholders including ME, EE, FW and CMF teamsSupport design control activities including design inputs, design reviews, and design verification/validation documentationContribute to risk management activities, including risk assessments and FMEAs, with guidance from senior team membersAssist in selecting statistical analyses and sample sizes for design verification, validation, and qualification testingHelp organize and coordinate quality-related functional activities, reporting progress to leadershipAct as a liaison between Suppliers, Engineering, and other teams to help resolve quality issues and prepare reports/updatesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in quality systems and processesUtilize AI/ML tools and automation to streamline test data analysis, anomaly detection, and quality reporting workflowsCollaborate with PQA, Engineering, and other teams to support documentation of policies and procedures Key Qualifications:For consideration, you should bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:5–7 years of design quality/validation experience developing and launching ConsumerElectronics products such as smartphones, tablets, gaming or office peripherals, embeddedsystems etc.Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or similar) to improve efficiency in documentation, data analysis, and reportingMotivated, detail-oriented professional with growing leadership and mentoring capabilitiesTeam player with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsFluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written); Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus given the Taiwan locationEffective communicator, experienced in building working relationships with cross-functional Engineering teamsBachelor degree in Engineering, Quality, Design, or a related field (Master degree is a plus but not required) #LI-AL2/104Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
