Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:Own end-to-end firmware validation across the Fanatec ecosystem and product portfolio, including planning, execution, and ensuring coverage at integration and system levelsDesign and maintain test automation frameworks, drive automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and coverageTest Case ManagementDevelop, validate, execute, and refine test cases based on defined requirements and test plans. Evaluate test results to identify gaps, support requirement discovery, and drive improvements.Perform integration testing on integration firmware to ensure system stability across hardware and software interactionsConduct bug fix validation, regression testing, and dedicated release testing to ensure stability and readiness before final releaseTest Reporting and CommunicationReview and validate test results, create structured test reports, and present interim findings in project meetings. Ensure continuous communication on test phase status, milestones, and potential impacts on project timelines.Issue Tracking and ResolutionMonitor and manage issues in GitLab and Jira.
